Many persons are today required to instruct new employees and     refresh current employees in many aspects of their daily role from the basics to new procedures or updates.

Training is more than standing up in front of a group of people and speaking at them. If there is no transfer of knowledge, then the opportunity is wasted.

Some people are great communicators and unconsciously train their colleagues on a regular basis.  Some people are assigned to train their colleagues but feel overwhelmed.
