Introduction to Karen Houston, the owner, and founder of 4am training.
Karen spent the early years of her life in sales and marketing before entering the teaching profession successfully. It was here that her operational ability was recognised and she then moved into assisting in establishing several start-up companies in Europe within the commercial sectors. More recently she has worked within the maritime security industry with a globally recognised industry leading company. This is where her excellent operational ability was able to be used to the full for the benefit of the business. Complex operational direction and decision making was handled with professionalism.
