Pandemic Proceedures Onboard Ferries
In the current climate we are all being urged to take precautions but when you are dealing with as many as hundreds of passengers it is your responsibility to ensure that you are establishing precautions for your clients too.
If you are employed on a vessel or at a port facility it is important that you know about the processes and procedures you must follow and possible changes needed at your facility to ensure that the risks of travellers possibly catching or spreading a pandemic are either mitigated or reduced.
This course looks at what you must do to protect passengers from the moment they enter the terminal until they disembark at their destination.
It is vital that you not only know the correct procedures but also adopt them and establish them into your company daily routine
