Health and Safety in the Workplace

All employees are entitled to work in environments where risks to their health and safety are properly controlled.

Workers are entitled to three fundamental rights: –

  1. The right for information about health and safety matters
  2. The right to participate in decisions that could affect their health and safety
  3. The right to refuse to work in an unsafe environment.

This course targets improving health and safety awareness in the workplace by ensuring that employees are informed of the potential threats and how they personally can be a part of mitigating or reducing the risks.
